Submitting your property adds it to our internal database for consideration when we place guests. While we cannot guarantee bookings, properties that are furnished, well-located, and priced competitively have a significantly higher chance of being selected.

What length of stay do you typically place?

Most of our placements are 30–90 days, with some extending to 6 months or longer depending on guest needs, such as relocation, insurance housing, or extended work assignments.

Can I continue to market my property elsewhere?

What information should I have ready before submitting?
